The folks over at Bookies.com crunched numbers from football cities to see which NFL team makes its fans spend the most money on game day.

They compared ticket prices (from the cheapest category), parking costs and the price of beer (16 oz), soda (20 oz) and hot dogs. Here's what they found.

Key Takeaways:

  • The San Francisco 49ers have the some of the most expensive budget seats in the NFL, which would cost a family of four around $889. Only four team home games — New York Jets, Indianapolis Colts, Jacksonville Jaguars, Arizona Cardinals — would cost a family of four less than $250 in tickets.

  • On average a family of four is looking at spending around $536 at an NFL game, if they buy two beers and sodas each, pay for parking and consume four hot dogs in total.

It costs more for your car to go to a Panthers game than you.
